THE STORY

Concrete Dreams was born during the summer of 2025, when Block Party found themselves without a rehearsal space after their longtime studio was demolished to make way for luxury condos. Rather than see this as a setback, the trio—Marcus on drums, Elena on synths, and Jay on bass—decided to embrace their displacement. They began holding impromptu sessions on rooftops, in parking garages, and under highway overpasses. The EP's distinctive sound—raw, reverberant, slightly chaotic—is a direct result...
